The Deep Alignment Session is designed for couples who have already done some foundational work — or who have enough self-awareness to want to go below the surface level. It's 90 minutes of focused conversation that most couples never have before they commit, because there's no framework for it.
Where the Foundation Alignment session covers the basics of alignment, the Deep Alignment session moves into the patterns, the stories, and the energy you each bring to the partnership. What you carry from your own history. How those patterns interact with each other. What the relationship needs to thrive at the level you're actually asking it to reach.
You might come in thinking you know each other well. The Deep Alignment session is designed to surface what you don't yet know — and to do it in a way that strengthens the relationship rather than pulling it apart. There's a reason the word "alignment" is in the name. This is about getting on the same page at a foundational level.
